> Sugar- & gluten-free alternatives

Makes healthy living effortless with natural alternatives to sugar and flour. Perfect for adding fiber, going gluten-free or cutting sugar — without sacrificing taste. Ideal both for those adding more wholesome food to their diet and those cutting specific ingredients out.

Funksjonell Mat is a Norwegian brand built around one idea: making healthy living easier. Its products are natural alternatives to sugar and flour, so people can add more fibre, go gluten-free or cut down on sugar without sacrificing taste.

## The Funksjonell Mat range

The range is centred on healthier baking and alternatives to sugar:

- Sugar alternatives
- Baking mixes
- Fibre
- Gluten-free products

Funksjonell Mat speaks to two groups of shoppers: those who simply want to add more wholesome food to their diet, and those who need to cut out specific ingredients such as sugar or gluten. For shops, that makes it a practical choice for the health and baking shelves, giving health-conscious customers sugar-free and gluten-free options they can use straight away in their own baking at home.
